Conference Expansion has taken center stage, with USC and UCLA's upcoming move to the Big Ten Conference in 2024 shaking the overall landscape of College Football to its core and sending the Pac 12 and Big 12 Conferences into a frenzy as they attempt to stave off what appears to be the beginning of the end of their conferences.
In this Nobody's Safe College Football Tier List, We look at an expanded Big 12 Conference, minus Oklahoma and Texas, plus their replacements UCF, Cincinnati, BYU and Houston, plus a couple of presumed newcomers from the teetering PAC-12 in Arizona and Arizona State, which could later be joined by Utah, Colorado, nobody, or the remainder of the PAC-12 Conference teams depending on how the dominoes fall over the coming days, months, and years.
We'll adjust as needed because we all know that aside from teams already in the B1G and SEC, NOBODY'S SAFE.
